“What the tiers do not change”
The methodology is identical at every tier. Paid access raises resolution and adds surfaces; it never produces a different score for the same day. Enabling licensed Tier B sources under an enterprise agreement raises the resolution of Spread and Sentiment. It does not change how they are computed.
